Role & Responsibilities: ​

 

  • SAP Basis administration & monitoring for SAP ERP, BW/BI, HR systems
  • Main focus is on HR / HCM with HR Master Data ,ESS (time tracking), PY (payroll - payslip), PA (personell administration ), Concur (travel expense), Colorado with DC (deferred compensation) - ZEON (certificate creation) – ZEOS (overtime) - RE (pension) and others
  • Administration and Configuration of Solution Manager functions incl. Process Modeller, Process Manager, ChaRM, Test Management, etc.
  • Configuration and monitoring of the transport management system
  • Administration of EDI, RFC, ALE destinations
  • Ensure SAP system security and stability
  • Installation of SAP upgrades and SAP notes
  • Manage the underlying Server and Database infrastructure services together with our external service provider

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Certification in SAP Basis or relevant work experience
  • Experience working in international teams
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving, service ethic, excellent communication skills, intercultural awareness
  • English fluency (verbal and written) and German fluency a plus
  • Motivation and willingness to learn
  • Willingness to travel
  • System Administration (SAP NetWeaver ABAP, JAVA, CTS, Oracle, HANA, LINUX)
  • Interface Management and Connectivity (RFC, ALE, IDoc; BAPI, ESR, SAP PI)
  • Managing Webservices (SOAMANAGER, ICM, ICF, Enterprise Portal, SAP Fiori)
  • Solution Manager (System- and Job-Monitoring, ChaRM, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Managing SAP Cloud Solutions; BTP – Business Technology Platform
  • SAP BW on HANA-DB
  •  SAP SuccessFactors (for future migration)
  • Second Level Support
