Business Operations Analyst II- Preferred locations: St. Louis, Charlotte, Dallas, Atlanta
This position will be responsible for supporting the sales organization through activities involving the
Account & Opportunity Planning tool (Revegy) as well as Tableau. Responsibilities include working with
internal sales end-users, management and executives through support and training efforts, including
reporting, dashboards, and other advanced setup of SFDC.
Performs standard analyses of business goals, business systems, objectives and needs and of the general
business environment. Plans and designs business processes/tools and makes recommendations in
order to improve and support business activities. Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in
the most effective and productive manner. Works under general supervision.
Identify support materials and provide answers for fundamental support requests by end users.
Provides sales for Revegy & Tableau
Answer basic navigation and “how to” questions
Manage help desk queue
Provide support and be AMS point person on Account Planning tool (Revegy)
Performs standard analyses of business goals, business systems, objectives and needs and of the general business environment
Report and dashboard creation and execution for managers and users
Provide new user and ongoing training in person and via MS Teams
Provide ad hoc user support to answer question and fix technical errors
Initial information gathering for support inquiries; review and summarization of enhancement request prior to admin analysis
Utilizes systems and data to suggest effective solutions to business issues
Detail-gathering for vague support requests
Summarizing enhancement requests for Admin review
Bachelor’s Degree with a strong background in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Computer Science or Communications preferred
Advanced experience in MS Excel, MS Office, Power Point, MS Word and other Microsoft tools
5 + years professional and or Corporate experience
2+ years’ experience with a CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
2+ years’ experience with data analytical tool (Tableau preferred)
Must currently reside in the United States.
