Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a QC Technician 2:  Monday – Friday with weekend rotation.

This position involves the performance of routine and final QC testing of routine products. Work includes laboratory testing, data analysis, troubleshooting and team leadership. 

This position includes the handling of all types of materials, including hazardous and DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) controlled materials.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a QC Technician 2, you will be responsible for:

All of QC Technician 1 and 2 Plus:

*Sharing of data findings with supervisors and manager as appropriate

*Independent data analysis

*Assume a lead role on a team and/or work independently on projects.

*Problem solving – recognize issues and determine relevant solutions the majority of the time.

*Fosters teamwork, motivation and team learning

*Participate in the writing of QN or TMD.

*Ensure documentation for processes and specifications are correct, independently initiate improvements or document changes.

*Builds relationships with other departments

*Responsible for providing guidance and/or training to QC Technician I, and II.

*Demonstrate initiative in the department and organization

Primarily intra-organizational contacts and limited external contacts.

Hours - M-F with Weekend Rotation

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

*Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or equivalent work experience

*3+ years’ experience

*Good time management and organizational skills 

*GMP and ISO 9001 experience. 

*Some PC and software application skills 

*Good interpersonal and communication skills

Must pass a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) background check.
