Responsible for analysis of complaints / escalations reported from field by analyzing the log files, documentation of analysis results
Ability to suggest possible solutions/workaround for the identified problems/issues.
Support development teams with investigations and solution of complaints
Support Service organization in complaints resolution
Support Product Risk Engineers for risk assessment
Development and maintenance of software tools
Experience in analyzing log files , Knowledge on debugging tools such as WinDbg.
Programming Experience in C++, C# .net, SQL, Phython, Web API and Angular (min 2 years)
Knowledge on clinical workflows, DICOM
Software Development process know-how
