We are looking for a system marketing manager for GMC products in global market. Working location is in Nanjing
What are my responsibilities?
- Introduce and ramp up the business of GMC defined portfolio in global market.
- Ensure to reach and overshoot business plan of target regions
- New products’ market launch strategy and roll-out
Internal: HQ Marketing & Promotion, Sales, Vertical BD, Product management in Germany and China, Marketing Communication, sales Regions, regional BD including China, SNC, SFAE…
External: OEM customers, end users, distributor, System integrator
- Lead to define the market launch strategy for GMC new products.
- Understanding target markets, competitors, and business opportunities
- Monitor the products’ roll-out and ramp up in the market, associated with promotion manager/ regional managers for defined promotion strategy in regions
- Define strategic marketing activities for GMC products
- Coordinate resources to support target regions to promote products with promotion materials like sales slides, catalogues…
- Support definition of system requirements.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Drive Technology, Automation or related.
- Siemens GMC Product technology (basic)
- GMC market, branch, competitor, application
- Fluent in both oral and written English skill.
- 1-3 years’ work experience
- Experience in industry automation or multi-national projects is preferred
- Project management experience is preferred
