Your new role – challenging and future oriented
  • Contributes to the implementation of Business Administration processes documentation  
  • Business and Administrative support to the Head of Hub
  • Close collaboration with Global Mobility colleagues with reference to administration of delegates 
  • Close collaboration with the respective state institutions
  • Costs monitoring and analysis 
  • Creating sales and purchase orders in SAP system
  • Issuance of billing and accounting documents  
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate:
  • University degree in the fields of Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in area of HR, Business/Finance Administration
  • Fluency in English, German language knowledge will be highly beneficial
  • PC Literacy
  • SAP experience will be a very great asset
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
