What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
1. Pooling procurement strategy development and implementation to achieve annual targets, mainly focus on logistics commodity, especially for sea freight, railway transportation etc.
2. Regional annual cost saving target fullfillment with realization of the main strategic driver, like regional tender/RFQ, transportation optimization project, new solution implementation etc.
3. Tender or RFQ organizing, negotiation with suppliers, and frame agreement finalizing for implementation by all of divisions and operating companies in China/Asia region
4. Tender implementation in region
5. Develop preferred strategic cooperative suppliers in local for global; Supplier management
6. Innovative solution to optimize the transportation mode
7. Logistics digitalization solution development in region
8. Key account management towards assigned Division / stakeholder group, to align with the business demands, requirements, and regional logistics strategies
9. Contract and compliance management
10. Trouble shooting and complaint management
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
1. More than 5 years work experience on logistics, especially on international sea freight , and railway transportation management
2. Experience on regional logistics procurement strategy design and implementation, and tender organization, negotiation, contract management
3. Proactive communication and coordination capability with internal customer or stakeholder, and counterpart in HQ and other regions
4. Logic strategic thinking and view in a long term
5. Experience on logistics digitalization, like blockchain, market place platform etc.
6. Fluently communication in English, especially speaking and listening
7. Teamwork and working under pressure
