It’s an exciting time here at Siemens Digital Industries, and we are currently looking to recruit for a Services Resource to join our team!

The Services Resource Manager schedules one or more resource-teams delivering high quality, commercially responsible, billable consulting business, and proactively provides planning expertise to meet the goals of the business. In partnership with the Country or Vertical Management team, proactively contribute to the sales and services pipeline strategy, developing and maintaining the capacity- and demand-plan.

As Resource Manager you will:
  • Identify and understand the services contribution requirements and staffing needs
  • Oversee internal and external resources available and allocated to projects
  • Actively engaging to review effective Services delivery in line with service delivery needs and monitor team and individual utilization
  • Provide advice to decisions such as recruitment, training and development in line with relevant regulations for area of responsibility as required
  • Ongoing maintenance of the workforce plan & forecast
  • Placing Consultants into roles, balancing their development needs with the needs of the business understand their career aspirations.
  • Advertising open project assignments, and promoting the availability of consultants globally to encourage sharing of resources across regions to increase utilization;
  • Proactively spot forecasted bench time for consultants and work with regional and sales teams to identify new opportunities
What are we looking for ?
  • High level of Spanish and English are mandatory. Any other European language will be a plus
  • Experience with SalesForce, enterprise CRM application; or Professional Services Automation applications
  • Experienced with Demand Planning and knowledge of the Sales & Operations Planning process.
