We are looking for one Apprenticeship who will be trained in 30 months as Contract Administration Service, reporting to our Head of Finance Customer Service.

Your mission and responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Finance Customer Service Head while being responsible for leading all finance aspects related to Customer Service In-Vivo areas as, for example:
• managing and monitoring of maintenance contracts (creation, costs monitoring, new orders and revenue recognition planning, billing, customer relationship)
• managing of Time & Material activities (checks notifications, prepare final balance for the customer, billing, cost controlling)
• spare parts cost controlling
• focus on specific Customer Service topics as: warranty provisions, installation and training costs, performance & safety updates
• preparation of monthly/quarterly CS reports for local Management, Zone and for the Headquarter
• CS Non Conformance Costs monitoring and reporting.
During your activities you’ll be in contact with several Customer Service functions (Offering, Sales, Customer Care Managers, Customer Contact Center, logistic department) and others SHS Central functions (Accounting, Performance & Controlling, Credit Collection, Legal)
• Ensuring correct books & records following the existing accounting rules (e.g. IFRS15) through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the related processes and in line with the specific Customer Service guidelines

Your qualifications and experiences:
• You are under 29
• Experience in working with different culture, languages and of educational and customer needs
• Economic Degree or similar

Your attributes and skills:
• Proactive approach, always looking to add value to the organization and being well trusted partner of the Management
• Good leadership and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of full Microsoft Office 365 package including traditional apps (like Excel, Power Point) and new apps (like Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
• Knowledge of new Business Intellingence and Data Analytics Software tools (like Power BI, Qlik)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
