Become part of our team at Siemens Healthineers SHS CS Solution Implementation EMEA Portuguese Hub as a Customer Service Engineer - Solution Implementation Expert (m/f/d) for Imaging equipment CT Systems (Computed Tomography) and Aptio Automation System. 

Your new function - challenging and future-oriented
  • Responsible for CT equipment implementation in time without compromise on quality;
  • Knowledge transfer and guidance of the local Customer Service Engineer during the implementation phase of CT systems;
  • Responsible for Aptio Automation Hardware installation;
  • Support country Project Managers in all aspects of implementation that lead to a successful project;
  • Proactively report and document project progress and status to our Operations office;
  • Hand over project to Local Customer Service Organization, following a defined hand over protocol;
  • Fulfill administrative requirements related to the internal Solution Implementation processes.

What do I need to qualify for this job? 
  • Degree/ Integrated Master in the Electronic, Mechanical, Biomedical or in Health Equipment Technology (preferred);
  • Typically, 3+ years experience with Imaging equipment, CT preferably;
  • Knowledge of Siemens Healthineers Imaging and/ or Laboratory Diagnostics product portfolio is preferred;
  • Very good English language skills (Level B2 at least). Very good Spanish skills are a big plus. Proficiency in other languages would be also highly appreciated; 
  • Willingness to travel. Expected travel days, approximately 200 days /year;
  • Travel focus: CT – SEU (mostly Portugal and Spain), Aptio Automation – EMEA (focus on SEU);
  • Sense of responsibility, autonomy and a high capacity for learning;
  • Excellent customer-facing skills both in a project implementation and project operations situation;
  • The ability to successfully handle critical and non-distinctive situations and challenges, as well as the ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to adapt to different environments and cultures and work together as a team.
