What are my responsibilities?

  • Offer Preparation by using available offering tools
  • Continuous follow up and communication with customers and Sales Engineers for all important Sales Business Office (SBO) topics
  • Customer order handling (Check customer’s order according to price, delivery time, etc.)
  • Front line technical sales support to the customer regarding product specification, availability etc.
  • Maintain documented SBO procedures and keep improving relevant documentation and tools
  • Data collection, pre-evaluation, and documentation of potential customers
  • Work cooperatively within the SBO team, interface with Sales Engineers, Finance team and Customer Care Center to secure immediate response regarding customer orders and improvement of customer satisfaction
  • The position will be a direct report to promotion Business Unit Manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Senior Students or Graduates in Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering
  • Fluent in both English and Greek
  • to understand digital products
  • Dynamic and resilient with Strong work ethic, organizational skills and customer orientation
  • Curious for acquiring new knowledge and challenge the status quo
  • Understanding customer’s quality expectations to continuously improving customers’ satisfaction
