Siemens Mobility Norway is seeking for:

An overall system integrator

We are looking for an overall system integrator who are responsible for the planning and coordination of integration of the overall architecture of ERTMS program Norway. This includes the systems of the 3 main suppliers Alstom, Thales and Siemens to the end costumer Bane NOR. The overall system integrator will clarify and specify technical aspects for interfaces between the parties (Bane NOR, Siemens, Thales and Alstom), requirements and functions and ensure their verification. You will guide the integration of subsystems into overall systems. Further on the integrator will have to initiate the error analysis and initiate corrective measures outside of their own organization in case of deviations from the tasks or process projects and accompany verification and validation as well as assessment and approval.

Your background:

  • You shall have successfully completed engineering or comparable master's program and several years of relevant professional experience in railway signaling as well as leadership experience in a specialist role.
  • You are distinguished by their excellent knowledge of interlocking technology, train control systems, standards and standards relevant to railway technology, the system development process as well as requirements and configuration management.
  • You are used to working in intercultural environments and are fluent in the English language.
  • You are internationally mobile and would be willing to work on site with international customers as part of your project work, in the context of a delegation.
  • You are used to working in intercultural environments and are fluent in the English language.
