What you will be doing:
Orchestrating and managing tasks of warehouse team
Coordinating activities related with keeping accurate inventory records in SAP
Provide just in time leadership associated with building as well as maintaining a strong inventory management workforce
Develop and implement a strategic inventory plan and supervise the processes developed by the material management department in order to align with corporate financial objectives
Deploy insight from experience and sound analysis from data to provide input on reducing overall inventory levels,
Conduct accurate goods’ receipts monitoring, system and physical inventory moves, lineside replenishment, obsolescence purging, non-conforming material processing and cycle counting activities
Leads continuous improvement activities for the warehouse as well general maintenance and cleanup
Provide project management as needed for specific warehouse improvement activities
What you will need to be successful:
3-5 years of successful experience in a warehouse/logistics management role
Strong MRP knowledge and experience (SAP preferred)
Advanced experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
We would be impressed if you had
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply chain
Strong background in SAP
