What role will you play?
You work as a partner and consultant to our hiring managers and own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruiting strategy to making the job offer.
You set the recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy using a powerful set of tools and technologies. You work with the support of our researchers and your own considerable proactive sourcing capabilities to find the best that the talent market has to offer.
You are the key point of contact for candidates and only those that have the potential to be high performers get past your screen to be presented to the hiring manager.
You manage the candidate experience – and often your hiring managers – to maintain a positive Siemens image. You leverage our employer brand to build interest and build proactive candidate pipelines for our future needs.
You are aligned to one of Siemens businesses so that you can build your understanding of the business and can act as a partner and talent advisor to your hiring managers.
You are networked with colleagues in and beyond China who support the same business segments you do, allowing you to add value by bringing market intelligence, including competitor insights, to the table with your Hiring Managers.
You also have the opportunity to work with your future colleagues on project teams across HR in China and with Talent Acquisition colleagues globally.
What qualification does the successful candidate bring?
Your bring 5+ years of recruiting experience preferable including 3+ years working for a multi-national company
You have a BA or BS degree
You know the tools of the recruiting trade including recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies as well as social media and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Jobs 51, etc.)
You are a fan of technology as evidenced by your knowledge of relevant recruiting and business tools
You are a skilled relationship builder and interviewer with a sound foundation in China’s relevant laws and regulations related to recruiting.
You seek a fast paced environment and are excited about being part of a global Talent Acquisition community in Siemens
You are not only fluent in Chinese and English, but use your language skills to build relationships, communicate transparently and be influential with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues.
