In your new role as a Senior Solution Sales / Business Developer
you will be leading the strategic project offering across the MEA region. You
will be working closely with the Energy/Digital Utility and the Building,
Campus & District Advanta EMEA Solution Partner, the go to market team, solution
designer to identify, prequalify, develop and close opportunities.
You will partner with clients, ecosystem partners, our Advanta Consulting organization, service lines, data scientist and solution architects to create value driven solutions that address our customer business problems and accelerate the adoption IOT Solutions & services to help clients transforming their business. You will acquire new clients and drive the revenue growth with existing client base.

How will you help shape the future with us?
Develop with our clients across MEA and team members a Digital Transformation roadmap and Solution which includes; Data Ops Strategy, Reference Architecture and connects into other strategic elements that enable our customers transformation such as changes to people, org. and processes.
In partnership with our clients develop a strategy capturing value for industrial Data related to critical infrastructure, buildings, energy, and water.
You evaluate of industry vertical needs, market, competitive and financial data to derive actionable insights, developing business concepts, models and case for client solution
You are responsible to create final customer proposal, leading negotiation until project closure.
Drive workshops facilitation with internal and external stakeholders
Accountable to drive customer journey, defining Solution scope, setting up project team and onboard external partners to complement Solution
Create specific value propositions towards our customers while taking IoT and partner capabilities in consideration as well as the required value selling approach and competitor differentiation.
In collaboration with Siemens business units/Siemens Operating Companies/MEA Countries, you support the development and implementation of new services and solutions for a winning IoT offering
You think beyond traditional measures of value ($) and incorporate opportunities, time, quality and other KPIs in a value proposition

Between 8 – 12 years of professional experience in cloud technology / solution sales, systems integration and professional services organization preferably at a top tier professional services or solution consulting firm.
Track record of closing Solution Sales internally and externally with customers across in either Smart Infrastructure, Energy, Digital utilities, buildings Campus, District industries (Real Estate).
Experienced in working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role.
The strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company.
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive enable you to build something new under uncertainty
Understanding and experienced in consultative projects, cloud solutions and technology stack including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, security, IT, OT and AI
Understanding of the customer journey: Anticipating what digital transformation means for our customers and proactively developing solutions together with the partners in the ecosystem
Ability to present at C-level or board level and also build informal professional networks and relationships across all seniority levels.
