We are looking for a Promotion Manager for promotion of GMC portfolio in Asian market (without China). Working location is in Nanjing
What are my responsibilities?
- Introduce and ramp up the business of GMC portfolio defined target market in Asia (countries around China)
- Ensure to reach and overshoot business plan of responsible regions
Internal: HQ Marketing & Promotion, Sales, Vertical BD, Product management in Germany and China, Marketing Communication, sales Regions, regional BD including China, SNC, SFAE…
External: OEM customers, end users, distributor, System integrator
- Understand target market, competition and business opportunities and define promotion strategy with clear target for ramping up the business faster than the market
- Define promotion activities based on defined promotion strategy together with HQ Promotion team and regional managers
- Organize the promotion activities effectively with summary and constantly improvement each fiscal year.
- Coordinate resources to support target regions to development new applications with GMC portfolio.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Drive Technology, Automation or related.
- Product technology (basic)
- GMC market, branch, competitor, application
- Fluent in both oral and written English skill.
- PLM process and CRM process
- Experienced in industry automation or multi-national projects
- Project management experience
