- Work together with the GBS Digital Solutions team providing offerings across various domains (e.g. Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Process Management, Robotics Process Automation, etc.) to suggest and sell digital products and services to strategically develop our clients’ portfolio.
- In your role, work closely with the account team to identify end-customer needs, barriers to success and aspirations to support the development of innovative business cases and long-term client relationships.
- Create and refine sales scripts as well as go-to-market approaches for the different GBS digital offerings.
- First close highly mature customer leads yourself with a motivated team of Technology experts. In a second step, you will adapt the sales methodology to also enable a broader sales force to successfully close new opportunities based on reference cases you created.
- Lead negotiations on final pricing as well as service content in collaboration with our global customers.
- Create strong business connections with the customers as a baseline for developing digital roadmaps to further introduce our digital portfolio.
- Develop, manage, and deliver customized technical sales presentations to our global clients and partners. You will manage and funnel feedback from the end-customers and prospects to marketing, engineering, and product owners.
- Work jointly with our communications and marketing experts to define marketing measures, demos and introductions for your products and services
- Structure and conduct trainings for our digital solutions offerings to partners or customers.
- A strong sales and technology background ideally within various verticals such as manufacturing, utilities, smart infrastructure, mobility or healthcare.
- University or equivalent studies in technical sciences, engineering, computer sciences or economic sciences.
- At least 3-5 years of successful presales or sales role for digital solutions.
- The ability not simply following sales scripts but enjoy creating new sales methodologies that when proven you successfully share with your team globally.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, and you easily convey the benefit of our digital solutions to customers on all levels up to a CEO/ CIO role.
- A self-starter mindset, highly motivated, have ownership mentality and are able to work productively with minimal guidance to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Open-minded and wish to work in global, intercultural, and cross-functional teams.
- Spoken and written English skills meet negotiation standard.
