This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a challenging role. As a Project Management Specialist II, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Collaboration Officer and local (EMEA, AP, NAM/LAM) Collaboration Managers during the request for proposal (RFP) and cross-functional project approval meetings, communications, and processes.
  • Developing project status review (PSR) templates, coordinating resources, regularly updating deliverables and preparing reports to track milestone achievements. May take actions to minimize non-conformance, project costs and risks.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of contracts, project results, technologies delivered, and value exchanged between local internal and external partners.
  • Monitoring project costs, preparing and submitting Clinical Collaboration forecasts for Business Development using performance controlling tools.
  • Collaborating with Finance and Order Logistics teams to facilitate payment of customers invoices and equipment delivery.
  • Supporting quality processes, internal auditing, and liaison with various internal departments (e.g., research, marketing, legal, compliance) and suppliers.

  • You have a comprehensive knowledge of SAP, OneSRM, Invoices Online, EZSuite, and ASTAR.
  • You have intermediate to expert PC skills (MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • 5+ years of previous project management experience in the Medical Technology Industry preferred.
  • Exhibits strong time-management skills and attention to details.
  • Record of accomplishment in the management of cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, including Finance, Administration, or Accounting.
