Technical support and promotion engineer

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promotion of the company's products during online and offline meetings with customers / presentations / seminars / local fairs
  • Technical support via email and phone for existing customers (both software and hardware)
  • Technical proof of concept, project structure, specifications; support of sales team
  • Team work with marketing group on content for website, catalogs and brochures
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Higher technical education: Automation, Electrical engineering  or Electronics
  • Deep understanding of the industrial automation principles 
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of automation, good knowledge of Siemens products (SIMATIC S7, Step7, WinCС) will be an advantage
  • Very good level of English
  • Team player with self-initiative and ability to learn
  • Focus on quality and results, analytical skills and multitasking
  • Readiness for business trips (within Ukraine and abroad)
  • Driving license category B
