Sales Manager

Job Description

Working as part of sales team, you will be responsible for the sales (technical and
commercial) for the Medium and Low voltage Switchgears in the market in Singapore.

? Handling technical and commercial requests from customers to close orders to
achieve sales targets.
? Analyze the market / competition and prepare sales strategies.
? Retain existing customers and convert new accounts to customers.
? Capture and update opportunities in the sales tool, prepare sales reports.
? Provide detailed and accurate forecasting.
? Identify and sell service/retrofit business opportunities on the installed base.
? Work closely with the proposal and project team.
? Coordinate with HQ/ factories / vendors to ensure compliance with customer
? Prepare required documents for internal project approval process as per
company guidelines.
The above list is not exhaustive and therefore you will be expected to carry out further
duties as instructed by your superior.

? Must have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
? Minimum 5 years experience of with engineering/ switchgear manufacturing
? Must have knowledge on MV/LV Switchgears (GIS and AIS), SCADA and other
electrical equipment such as Transformers, AC and DC power supplies.
? Knowledge with the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
? Knowledge on M&E contractors and Infrastructure market in Singapore.

? Very Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
? Strong customer focus
? Ability to meet demanding schedule requirements.
? Should be a team player.
? Able to work with minimal supervision.
? Able to work in a multinational environment.
? Commercial knowledge and understanding contracts
