Job Description

Siemens Global Business Service in Prague is opening vacant positions (part time base) called Contract Administrator Specialist. The main responsibilities are highlighted as follows:

Your tasks would be:

  • Data Collection and sorting for contract administration process
  • Data Validation and Clarification with respective stakeholders
  • Data transferring into standard format of respective Contract templates
  • Completing contracts in the contracting tool including final sign off procedure
  • Contract Archiving
  • Contract status monitoring and reporting including preparation of specific presentations
  • Be single point of contact to respective Delivery Centers in terms of Contract Administration

What we require:
  • Communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Upper intermediate level of English
  • Experience with contract management is advantage
  • Previous experiences in customer service / administration
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Analytical thinking, detailed oriented and collaborative
