About the Position:

As part of a country / vertical or region Services organization, manages one services project or several unrelated services projects driving customers value realization. Execute the project(s) within the defined

targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as key point of contact for Sales, Presales, Engagement Managers, Services Management and the customer for the project. Works under self management to manage projects of medium to high size and complexity that could be part of a program.  May mentor key project team members.

The successful candidate will work on projects/assignments of basic scope under general supervision on routine assignment/projects and direct supervision on new assignment/projects. Also attend Country Communities of Practice to build understanding of best practices and templates to deliver project tasks.


What are my responsibilities?

Initiate and Execute a Project Structure and Governance Model• Work with Sales, Services Management and any Program Manager to initiate, review and agree a project governance model with the customer• Execute the project governance model in close cooperation with the customer• Define and agree the project roles and responsibilities with the customer• Together with Sales Account Manager, conduct stakeholder management through systematic identification, analysis and planning of actions to negotiate with and influence stakeholders• Work with Sales, Services Management and Program Manager, if any, to setup all required processes in alignment with all stakeholders including appropriate communication on all levels

1.    Drive Value Realization

• Work with Sales Account Manager and Engagement Management to create the program vision based on the business strategy in line with responsible customer business managers

• Guide the customer through the process of value identification and planning

• Communicate and make people understand the value of the strategic program

• Drive customer to realize value from Digital Enterprise Solutions and guide the customer through required value realization plan changes

• Together with Engagement Management, identify and create additional opportunities within and beyond the ongoing program

• Plan the program according to the value realization plan and initiate the required projects to achieve the program vision

2. Initiate and Execute a Program Structure and Governance Model

• Work with Sales, Services Management to initiate to initiate, review and agree a program governance model with the customer, including Siemens zones and global services leadership • Execute the program governance model in close cooperation with the customer

• Define and agree the program roles and responsibilities with the customer

• Conduct stakeholder management through systematic identification, analysis and planning of actions to negotiate with and influence stakeholders

• Work with Sales and Services Management to setup of all required processes in alignment with all stakeholders including appropriate communication on all levels for program

3. Manage the Program throughout the Program life-cycle leveraging Siemens Delivery Framework

• Oversee all contracts in the program and derive actions concerning risks, opportunities and contractual obligations with respect to the entire program

• Maintaining the alignment of the program to the strategic direction.

• Proactively monitor the program's overall progress, ensuring that evolving business needs and emerging issues that impact the program are addressed appropriately

• Manage customer requirements and program scope to achieve program objectives

• Managing the key strategic risks facing the program using the risk management process; planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling

• Manage and resolve key strategic issues with all necessary internal and external partners, initiate extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or

issues arise

• Enforce change management across the program to ensure the dependencies of the change is reflected and understood on all levels and involve the program and project team in the identification and management of changes

• Orchestrate program and project schedules to ensure on time delivery

• Ensure the planned program communications on all levels including escalation procedures and program progress reporting

• Perform program quality management, ensure that the solution meets requirements and is to the appropriate quality and manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations

• Define a partner and procurement strategy and execute this strategy in the program

• Oversee contract acceptance and handover of projects

• Perform program reviews and retrospectives regularly and feed the results and lessons learned into program and organization

• Ensure Program Managers work with Services Management to define skill requirements to ensure adequate staffing of the entire program

4. Leading the Program and Project Teams

Project Leadership

• Agree targets with program staff and delegate defined responsibilities and authority

• Actively seek and provide feedback from program and project team members, managers and customers

• Support team-members' personal development

• Work with Services Management and Procurement Manager to manage strategic business partners and subcontractors

• Mentor Program Managers to properly explain and apply the Services Delivery Framework, as well as steering towards the strategic direction of the overall program


Qualifications and Competences:

·       Leading next generation CAD/PLM project in Body area is mandatory ; above 5 years project experience at body design.

·       Large sale of PL(Part leader) or PM experience for automotive OEM is required ; above 5M USD Service project

·       Excellent communication with customer to manage project issues/schedule skill

·       Fluent English-Korean communication with global/local team is preferred

·       Experience and understanding on automotive industry development  process and IT system with consultancy with PLM/CAD next generation development leading

·       Several years’ experience in Service/consulting roles preferable in the software industry

·       Understanding for Engineering BOM
