Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing authority with a consistent track record of success. As an ideal candidate, you will help our team develop a successful advertising and organic social media marketing strategy and execute against that strategy. In this role, you will deliver global paid and organic social marketing strategies through marketing campaigns by collaborating closely with industry-based demand creation teams, both with people locally and globally. You can both understand and translate social into meaningful and wildly productive communication with your team to identify, develop, and implement effective social media marketing strategies and plans. What you will do:

Collaborating with a global, diverse team of industry and product marketers, you bring your know-how of inbound marketing and digital advertising to the mix, to build advertising campaigns that engage and drive our audiences to action! As one of our go-to people for digital advertising and especially social media, you partner with our inbound marketing professionals and help run our paid social media advertising activities while establishing and contributing towards significant demand generation.

You work with our inbound team and advertising vendors and are responsible for hands-on setup and optimization of our paid social campaigns and accounts using Sprinklr and Google Ads 360 for social remarketing. You will optimize campaigns, track spend to date, forecast, and report on past spend and performance.

Empowered with clear objectives and armed with enterprise analytics tools, you regularly analyze and report out on overall advertising, social engagement performance, competitive research, and results. To stay aligned and achieve the best results, you regularly communicate with your key partners in the field and central demand creation team to ensure they know about the latest trends, data, tools, and strategies. As we regularly evaluate progress and results regarding our shared performance and goal attainment, you collaborate with the social and inbound community of practice and steer us towards even better results.

You aren't afraid to try new things, such as leading the use of buyer intent data together with social selling and social marketing tactics and tools to develop solutions to increase customer profitability and sales. You consider how key inbound tactics such as paid search, SEO, and social media should be used in 
tandem to bolster our inbound lead generation and awareness initiatives, and you bring people together, working across the superficial organizational divides, to make it happen. You work in close collaboration with the SEM lead, SEO leads, inbound and digital platform team, and search and social community to align social efforts across the business.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, Sales, Computer Science, Web Development, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field of study
  • 3+ years of working in digital marketing and 1+ years of working in social media marketing (organic and paid) and associated tools.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in all things social and social remarketing – best tools, technology, strategy.
  • International social expertise a major plus.
  • Strong understanding of the buyer's journey and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Experience with social tools, such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or equivalent.
  • Expertise and experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Twitter, TikTok and more!
  • Expertise with Google Analytics or similar online analytics tool.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, presentation, and organization skills.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Percentage of travel: Less than 10%
