Job Description


�  Work as a part of SHS IT AP JP Local Application (LA) team to handle Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests and Projects in Local Application.



�  Support for RUN the business in IT Local Application

�  Incidents (Act as Level 2 Support personnel)

Ø  Secondly identification

Ø  Complex Issue solving

Ø  Source code analysis / debugging

Ø  Break fix of code and configuration change

Ø  Performance monitoring and tuning

Ø  Data maintenance / recovery, if required

Ø  Dispatch to L3

Ø  Dispatch to infra team

Ø  Global escalation / confirmation

�  Service Requests

�  Power Platform Technical Service Provisioning for citizen developer

Ø  Training

Ø  Q&A

Ø  Security / Compliance and Governance support

Ø  Technical support

Ø  User community


�  Support for CHANGE the business in IT infrastructure

�   Change Requests, including application development

�   Project Execution (LA Technical Expert in projects)

�  Evaluate our own performance KPIs on a regular basis and drive the continual improvement.

�  Engage with the business stakeholders, key users and end users and keep the trusted partnership. (Communication in Japanese highly preferable)

�  Collaborate with the service providers and partners (local, regional, and global) for both RUN and CHANGE. (Communication in Japanese mandatory)

Applicant Eligibility

Mandatory skills:

Operational and advanced troubleshooting skills in following area

�   Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

�   SharePoint Online Operations

�   SQL Server Operations / Trouble Shooting

�   IIS Operations

�   PowerShell Operations (Understand basic operations on PowerShell)

�   Programing Skill (Access VBA, Excel VBA, Java script, VBS, Classic ASP,, VB .NET, Nintex workflow, C#)

�   Microsoft Azure Platform (Azure DB, Azure Web Apps, Cognitive Search, Azure Web Job, Azure DevOps, SendGrid)

�   Business level Japanese

�   Mindset (Agile / Lean / Ownership / Intercultural Collaboration)

Highly preferable skills:

�   Business level English (Vendor communication, Customer communication, Message in English)

Preferable skills:

SAML, Get Access configuration, ServiceNow, UiPath, Pega
