Sales/ BD of Building Performance and Sustainability
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Fulfill the sales and revenue target of each year
Identify BPS（Building Performance and sustainability） business opportunities in the market and turn opportunity into order
Closely follow up the new technologies in sustainability and carbon deduction
Define targeted opportunities, understand the customer needs and develop energy efficiency proposal to address the needs.
Expand and further develop comprehensive, sustainable account plans and maintenance customer relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
Propose the action items to develop the new customer and related action plans and manage customer development progress in the customer information system.
Follow up and analyze won / lost orders and the competitor situation.
Master the calculation tool and methodology of energy efficiency
Work closely with implementation team to ensure the out come of the energy saving
Enhance market awareness of BPS in China
What do I need to do to qualify for this job?
BD or Sales working experience with HVAC engineering background
Proven sales track record of exceeding quotas and revenue targets.
Knowledge of local market, customer and competition required, especially familiar with new energy industry.
Good sense of business practice and commercial matters.
Proficient technical knowledge and understanding of building energy-saving.
Fast learner for different technology
Fluent in both Chinese and English
