Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar, as well as 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master: Strong demonstrated experience in an iterative development environment, using Scrum practices. Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to effectively interact with all layers of the organization. Strong mentoring skills. Ability to motivate a team to
achieve objectives. Proven experience in influencing and facilitating key discussions. Proven experience in managing multiple scrum teams.
Scrum Master Certification such as CSM, A-CSM, PSM is required.
Strong understanding of scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS/SAFe based scaled Agile environment. Familiarity with one or more agile approaches such as Kanban, XP etc. Strong understanding of SDLC. Familiarity with development tools such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab etc. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Problem-solving, and conflict-resolution ability
