SISW MOM PreSales– APS product line
Mode of Employment: Full time only
What are my responsibilities?
-Work with sales to support APS related opportunities.
-To define to-be processes and solution architecture to fulfil customer business initiatives, requirements and business value.
-Utilizing advanced knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, industry best practices and competitive differentiation, support product and solution positioning by leading the preparation and delivery of demonstrations of the technical capabilities of the proposed solutions to customers using customized and standard material.
-Speak with authority and be a trusted advisor on our customer's business issues.
-Discuss with customer and try to identify more valor related opportunities.
-Work with Valor Pfd guy to help salespeople on valor deals closing.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
-At least 10 years of related working experience including 3 or more years with APS solution
-At least 3 years of experience in solution proposing
-Having good sense of supply chain, and scheduling
-Detail oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
-Demonstrable consultative selling skills.
-Excellent communication skills and analytical problem-solving skills.
-Excellent relation building skills.
-Pressure taker and self-motivated.
-Willing to work or travel in China.
-Willing to work hard and face challenge.
