· Develop, implement monitor yearly marcom plan;
· Clearly understand business requirement via smooth and effective communication, develop marcom activity concept and implement with clear KPIs defined.
· Organize external and internal market activities based on business needs as reliable project leader
· Manager agencies in compliant way for cost, process and quality control, with high efficiency and productivity
· Media activities coordination
· Reference collection and content writing
· Employee newsletter editing and publication
· Internet/Intranet updating and maintenance coordination
· Work closely with product manager for catalogue updating and printing; catalogue stock status monitoring;
· Regular communicate and exchange with HQs colleagues to align, contribute and get support
· 5 years of marketing experience, with hands on experience in market.
· A smart creative with strategic thinking, priority-setting and self-motivation.
· B2B industry know-how and experience will be a plus.
· Strong project management skills when working in virtual team across functions.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
· Must be a strong team player with multi-task capability.
