As part of the Country software sales team, generate revenue against quota through the identification, pursuit and conversion of pirated or otherwise unauthorised software licenses for assigned complex and strategically valuable region (s), vertical or account (s). Communicate knowledgeably with the customer on SISW products and services, educating them on SISW business practices and contractual implications associated with software contracts and license compliance. Maintain strong relationships with the SISW sales teams and transfer leads to the appropriate sales representative to conclude settlement. Provides expert guidance to Sales Representatives across the Zone on complex license compliance, auditing and remediation as required Mentors Compliance Sales Representatives within Country and across the Zone as required. Acts as Compliance Sales Team Leader, supporting the Compliance Sales Manager in people management and workload management, deputises for Compliance Sales Manager when required. Work largely undertaken by developing customer relationships through face-to-face contact and site visits to facilitate software license compliance. Works on large strategic projects/assignments of the highest complexity. Works under self-management.
