The Pharma Sales Rep has the mission to develop the Vertical Pharma and increase share of wallet of DI in Japan.
■Dimensions of Function
"The Vertical Sales Channel in Siemens K.K. is responsible to develop the Pharma market for DI in Japan, by analyzing local strategic trends and developments in the industry, building and maintaining a stable customer relationship management and understanding competitor's information. It is the partner of the Vertical Pharma unit in HQ/Germany to agree on vertical market strategy, nominate focus accounts, and plan, implement and report relevant KPIs.
The Pharma Sales Rep orchestrates the sales approach towards End-Users, EPCs, System Integrators and OEMs cooperating with other sales channels to develop target customers and identify opportunities.He/she will act as an entrepreneur and drive profitable growth in the pharmaceutical vertical market across all business Units of Siemens DI, using the complete portfolio of products, solutions, and services."
