  • You are a Siemens-wide change agent to strengthen the companies’ capabilities towards lean operations, business agility, resilience, and breakthrough innovation
  • You will be part of the Operational Excellence Team for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Innovation
  • Therein, you are supporting the Siemens Businesses in implementing innovative, lean and agile methods and processes as well as business models towards reaching the Siemens-wide Breakthrough Targets on speed, growth and an open and agile culture
  • You are working with Siemens-wide Communities of Practice to collect the businesses requirements and to roll-out the resulting methods and processes
  • Together with those communities and the learning organization you are defining new roles, skills and trainings
  • You are enabling practice sharing between the Siemens businesses and are measuring the progress with adequate approaches

Use your skills to move the world forward.
  • You graduated with a technical degree (B.SC. or. M.SC.)
  • You gained long-term operational experience in a role in R&D, engineering, product management, or similar
  • You have experience in implementing organization development approaches like lean and agile transition
  • You already applied change management practices for organization development and are having first experience in project management
  • You are questioning existing approaches / processes and are challenging yourself and the teams you are working with to come to better solutions. You are combining this with strong stakeholder management and the ability to find constructive solutions also when differing opinions are existing
  • You are applying abstract thinking combined with understanding of complex organizations on a fundamental level, so to design interfaces between people, organizations, and processes to accelerate speed, growth and agility at Siemens as a whole
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • Due to the character of the task, you are able to collaborate in business networks, also internationally, which is supported by your capabilities to moderate workshops and teams onsite and online
