SHL HR Sr. Learning Consultant

Job Description

Develops and implements learning programs, courses, methods and processes. Advises managers, employees and HRBP accordingly to learning programs and provide consultation to business on overall learning solution and customized workshop.

Responsibilities 

Learning Portfolio Management:
  • In charge of Functional Competence portfolio management full cycle
  • Take lead of knowledge management for function and methods 
  • Design and develop learning landscape according to business learning & development needs for functions 
Consultation for Businesss:
  • Collect and analyze business needs on learning development
  • Design learning course/workshop based on business needs in the format of formal learning/blended learning
  • Facilitate learning course/workshop to support business growth 
Lead L&D Projects
  • Take lead of L&D projects
  • Instruct other team members to accomplish projects with high quality

Requirements

5-10 years of working experience in HR Field.
3+ years of learning related experiences such as course design and deliver, learning management and etc .
Knowledges and working experiences of none HR business fuctions, such as sales/marketing, services, or etc. is a plus.  
Bachelor degree or above
