Job Description

Performs and executes a defined range of marketing/branding project and administrative tasks related to learning activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities
Learning Management and Consultation 
  • In charge of portfolio management for interpersonal and personal (social competence), in terms of course delivery, learning journey management for the entire portfolio
  • In charge of company New Employee Orienatiton full cycle, including contents design, course delivery as well as its digitalization and fansinate our user with great experience 
Learning Marketing and Branding
  • Design and come up with marketing proposal and execute accordingly, utilize all sorts of marketing channel, social media, internally and externally
  • Organize marketing/branding event and promote learning programs base on needs
Project Support
  • Design and implement campaigns/projects aligned with business goals, such as learning event to cultivate autonomous and continuous learning culture 
  • Project support on request

Requirements
3-5 years of working experience in HR, Learning management or Employer branding/marketing,
User/employee experience exposure would be a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or above
