What part will you play?

  • You will support the team in day-to-day press relations, for example in the preparation of press releases, background papers, technical articles, briefings for interviews or with social media content (e.g., videos, LinkedIn articles and posts).

  • You will collaborate on the conception and implementation of press events.

  • Moreover, you support the team in day-to-day business (e.g., researching topics, media monitoring, analytics, sending out press releases, power point presentations) is part of your duties

  • You will assist with administrative tasks such as placing orders and will be involved in general organizational tasks as well.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

  • You are currently studying multimedia, media science, technical journalism/PR, communication science, journalism, business administration with a focus on communication or a comparable field of study and you are available to us with approx. 15-20 hours/week for a longer period.

  • You have a good general education and the ambition to penetrate even unfamiliar technical topics in terms of content.

  • You have good writing skills, and experience in scripting short videos as well as film editing, and it is easy for you to familiarize yourself with complex new tools (e.g., for analytics, media monitoring).

  • Furthermore, you have already gained some practical experience, e.g., in journalism, trade fairs/events, and social media.

  • The confident handling of MS-Office is a matter of course for you.

  • Personally, you impress us with a structured and reliable way of working.

  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
