IT Business Systems Analyst - Installed-base System

Job Description

Support the Installed-Base system and migration of existing in-house system to a state-of-the-art design.
Develop and customize application software and specialized utilities based on technical, functional specifications
with the objective of meeting customer needs, optimizing operational efficiency, software maintenance; Create
functional and technical specifications, standard modeling, design documents and business process flows;
Perform Unit and Integration tests for the development; Support defect fixes and enhancements identified during
the system test phase; Perform in a dynamic, fast paced and full life-cycle of agile development environment,
using Jira and Confluence; Manage relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including
planning, construction, testing, reviews and demonstrations. Provide regular status updates to managers and
collaborate effectively with stakeholders, other software engineers and across all cross-functional teams to
resolve complex issues, come up with recommendations to improve software design and performance.
Visual Basic.Net, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Java, Angular 6, Spring Boot, Team Foundation Server and
Understanding of Entitlement and Installed Base Management and Export Compliance.
