Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation, execution, and assurance of cost-effective, efficient, on-time global shipment processing and delivery control of shipments ex works/supplier to arrival customer/construction site(s) in the respective customer system
  • Ensure all legal requirements from export, transit trade and import regulations
  • Preparation of all relevant export and customs documents for outbound and transit deliveries
  • Carrying out Preparation of delivery notes
  • Organization of import deliveries for returned material, tools & projects
  • Clarification and submission of documentation for L/C’s
  • Ordering transports by using existing company rate cards
  • Liability check(s) of freight forwarders
  • Execution of factual invoice checks including root cause analysis
  • Professional interface & stakeholder management
Required Experience, Education and Skills:
  • High School/ GED required; Associate Degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 plus years of supply chain experience with focus on warehousing or manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Profound knowledge and several years of professional experience in management of e2e outbound logistic projects, logistic project management and operations for export countries on a global level
  • Detailed knowledge of project and implementation planning
  • Customer centric logistic knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of all relevant mandatory logistic regulations, e. g. INCOTERMS®
  • Understanding of IT concepts and experience with logistic specific IT tools
  • MS Office knowledge on advanced level

  • High degree of analytical, resilience, self-organization, planning and goal orientation skills
  • Methodological competence in process analytics and systematic solution development
  • Intensive customer orientation and quality awareness
