Proposes, implements and executes policies, methods, processes or programs regarding Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in Zone China.
Supports Compensation & Benefits policies and guidelines creation, review and implementation;
Supports Compensation & Benefits program communication, promotion and execution;
Responsible for various payment management;
Assists with creation, transmission and processing of routine data files;
Conduct reporting and data analysis;
Responds to inquiries from the various units;
C&B project and administrative tasks.
At least 3 years’ working experience in HR function, C&B preferred;
Bachelor degree or above
Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
Passionate in healthcare
