Job description:
  • Prepares, collects and controls the data necessary for the calculation of wages and other payments
  • Performs monthly calculation of personal incomes of employees and external personnel (salaries, travel expenses, allowances, other personal incomes, deductions from salary, etc)
  • Responsible timely and accurate payments
  • Implements and organizes the necessary activities related to the monthly / annual final salary calculation that is legally prescribed to ensure that all monthly / annual obligations are completed on time, accurately and in a proper format
  • Manage data and documentation handling at a local level as required
  • Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports at the request of the Tax Administration, the Republic Pension / Social Fund and other relevant government institutions
  • Provides explanations to employees regarding the calculation of salaries and other incomes
  • Cost reservation (accruals) and posting
  • Responsible for the process of organizing, conducting and calculating domestic and foreign business trips
  • Manages the personnel files of the workforce.
  • Advices employees in basic HR administration tasks. Preparation of employment contracts, annexes, Company Decisions and, as well as other documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR relevant field or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions
  • English language proficiency - advanced level
  • Microsoft Office - advanced level
  • Experience with relevant HR systems (e.g. SAP …)
  • Process analysis and systematic thinking
