This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical Program Manager/Business Excellence Professional, you will be responsible for serving as the Master Data Steward Program Manager, a critical role to the organization where you will have the ability to directly impact the business and facilitate sales.

  • You will serve as the program manager for the Master Data Stewardship program which includes owning the relationship with key stakeholders, driving the program strategy, and working to improve master data process with increasing product sales as the focus.
  • You will work directly with Data Governance leaders to solidify, formally document data flow process and drive data stewardship program.
  • In activities you will strategize opportunity to build, enhance and optimize data governance cross-functionally, between product managers, core teams, and data governance function to support CRM process
  • In your role you will develop understanding and become an expert in Master Data governance and support flow for new products, end of life products, other data-changing requirements
  • You will serve as a key member of the marketing operations team and projects and advise and act upon how to improve/streamline inefficient processes and tools (process improvement).
  • You will become knowledgeable and serve as a data expert and representative for M&S in matters pertaining to CPQ.

  • You will have professional experience on software projects, extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments.
  • Act as advisor to management, internal colleagues and functional/franchise leaders on advanced matters related to Data Stewardship program.
  • You will learn the various systems and technology and become the go-to contact for matters related to business-driving data therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.
  • You will have strong leadership and presentation skills to represent the program and make present business-impacting decisions to the organization, during workshops, conferences, other public speaking venues.
  • You will have a global mindset and cultural awareness as you will be working in a diverse organization with different backgrounds, professional experiences, cultures and working styles.
  • You are self-motivated, excel at managing/organizing your schedule and able to work from remote location with minimum supervision.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the field; including experience in a technical industry
  • Willing to travel up to 5-10%
  • Remote work
