The Client Service Administrator(CSA) Material Planner will own the delivery of material planning for assigned customer accounts for Fire, Security and BAU .This position will be located at any Midwest Siemens office.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops Maintenance Plans for all agreements within Zone.
  • Reviews booking package to complete Maintenance Plan
  • Builds MICT tool for equipment update in iBase, and validates iBA information to be used for MICT
  • Assigns maintenance task codes based on contract
  • Builds maintenance schedule based on contract requirements and in consultation with account owner
  • Verifies manpower loading is balanced appropriately while building schedule
  • Advises Service Coordinator of Maintenance Plan
Required Educations & Skills
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • A preferred minimum of 2 years of working in the Building Automation industry
