Procurement Specialist with Swedish and English - Prague/Ostrava

The Global Business Services (GBS) and is an internal provider of services in accounting, HR administration and Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a candidate to join our procurement department in Prague or Ostrava for the position of Procurement specialist with Swedish and English language.

Your tasks:
• You will be responsible for the managing of the procurement process from the Purchase requisition to the invoice paid.
• You will be in close contact with requester and the suppliers.
• Your responsibility will be to ensure correct buying according to company procurement guidelines and regulations.
• You will support Strategic buyers and help them to optimize the process.

What we require:
• Knowledge of Swedish language and English.
• Very good communication and virtual collaboration skills.
• Team player.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• SAP or OneSRM knowledge as advantage.
• Procurement knowledge as advantage.
