Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
Plan and ensure execution of Marine Vertical Business strategy, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for Marine solutions and services efficiently. Responsible for developing Business leads and supporting Sales organization proactively, to exceed the allocated targets through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
1. Sales Target
Contributes proactively towards sales strategy, and business development initiatives, in alignment with regional and global strategy. Achieves departmental targets in respect of budgets and portfolio management.
2. Customer acquisition and CRM
Identifies opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area and determines plans for acquisition. Coordinates the flow of information for sales activities and transactions And Manage reports. Supports the development of strong relationships with key customers. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers.
3. Proposal/Project Management
Active involvement with Project /Proposal team to translate customer requirements/specifications into offers and determine cost position for proposal preparation. Regular

· B.E./B.Tech -Electrical/Electronics with 5-10 Years of experience
· Know-how of Product and solutions including Motors, Variable Frequency Drive, PLC automation, Alternators and Power Distribution system is required.
· Preferred a Person from Marine industry background with knowledge of ships electrical systems such as Electric Propulsion, Power Generation and Distribution and Automation systems.
- · Good communication skills.
- · Good team lead. Multitasking & should be able to work & perform under time pressure
