If you are ambitious and change makes you thrive, be responsible for supporting healthcare IT systems
  • You will be responsible for validating newly installed healthcare IT systems accordingly to specified support guidelines, so that quality is not compromised;
  • You will be responsible to provide 1st line support and efficient maintenance of healthcare IT systems within the predefined time frame, mainly related to update/upgrade handling;
  • You will work with others customer service engineers (CSEs) and application specialists involved in the projects, implementing and maintaining the installed base;
  • You will support the implementation of interface communications between our healthcare IT systems and other customer Information Systems;
  • You will support the project manager in all aspects of implementation;
  • You will be responsible for handling all your own travel-related administrative tasks and processes (e.g. travel applications, service reports) in a timely manner;

  • You have completed a technical course of studies in this field; alternatively, you have undergone technical training (for example as a computer engineer) and can demonstrate relevant professional experience in IT and Network installation and maintenance;
  • You already have some experience relating to healthcare IT systems, ideally involving PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), CIS (Cardiology Information System), HIS (Hospital Information System) or any other healthcare IT system;
  • You have been in contact with standards such as DICOM, HL7, FHIR or IHE;
  • With your strong interpersonal skills, team management skills and talent for communication, you are at ease collaborating with customers and colleagues at all levels. Your organizational ability enables you to maintain an overview at all times in complex situations;
  • You have outstanding analytical skills combined with knowledge of proven problem-solving techniques, and have a passion for resolving technical problems promptly and professionally;
  • You are able to support international projects using your good English language skills;

Profile / Requirements of the Candidate:
  • Degree / Integrated Master in Computer Engineering or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of databases, system administration (mainly Windows and Linux operating systems) and network administration;
  • Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Software, Physical and Logical Network Concepts, server virtualization, Network Infrastructure and Remote Access technologies;
  • Good knowledge of English (intermediate / advanced level);
  • Sense of responsibility and autonomy and a high capacity for learning;
  • Strong communication and social skills that allows becoming a team player;
  • Availability to work remotely with international teams.
