This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Finance Analyst 5, you will be responsible for:

  • Work with stakeholders of Customer Finance organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • In collaboration with Executive Team, and other business leaders, develop business metrics, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions
  • Collect, process, and clean data using programming languages such as SQL, SAS, Python and Snowflake 
  • Develop and implement dashboards using QlikView, Qlik Sense, and/or Power BI
  • Coach other Financial Analysts on the team and help to upgrade skill sets
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
  • Strong analytical skills to create reports and offer recommendations. 
  • The ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for working with all stakeholders.
  • must have the ability to understand the team’s challenges and develop solutions.
  • Be able to work in an agile fashion, prioritize competing projects, learn quickly and deliver value
  • Working closely with the Business Analytics and Data Science team to improve data infrastructure for CFI (but a better name)
  • Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation
  • Have Bachelors with 5+ years business and coding/data experience, MBA or MS preferred
