Our business is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team! As a Financial Analyst within the Digital Industry Sector, you will provide support in our manufacturing site of the Measuring Intelligence segment, including product cost calculation, month closing activities as well as budgeting and forecast processes.

This role also supports several manufacturing related cross-functions related to the assigned portfolios.

The successful candidate will be responsible for produce cost analysis, enables financial reviews related to the budget and financial forecast, support during improvement projects and other duties as needed.

What will you do?

  • Interact proactively with and work closely together with respective cross-functional partners
  • Close communication with departments within responsibility area
  • You support projects of the plant with your commercial know-how and business case calculations
  • Monitoring and analysis of costs and clarification of relevant deviations
  • Ensuring transparency and correctness within financial transactions
  • You analyze plan-actual deviations and identify weaknesses
  • Developing new reports and standards by applying innovative software
  • You will manage production related costs, monitors the performance and reporting for operations
  • As a controller, you support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and independently take over parts of annual cost centre and budget planning
  • Developing accurate product costing, yearly transfer prices and variance reporting
  • You will be responsible for KPI controlling
  • The optimization of commercial business processes

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • At least 2 years experience as a Financial Controller or similar preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly valued
  • Proficiency with relevant accounting experience (IFRS) 
  • Good MS Office knowledge, of which experience with Excel is mandatory
  • Communication skills and team oriented
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
  • Strong strategic judgment, business competence and professional ethics
  • High level of self-motivation, pro-activeness and independent way of working
