Our Opportunity

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-18 month contract basis to support Sales & Services recruitment delivery across EMEA with a key focus on the DACH region.

You can choose to split your time between your nearest Siemens Software office and working at home/ remote, and we can consider lots of flexible options for your hours of work and are open to hiring in any of our locations across Europe, with the UK or Germany being preferred.

What you’ll do

  • Be the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for commercial sales hiring in a given country/region
  • Be the go-to partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and developing effective relationships with them
  • Source and develop pipelines of candidates proactively, as well as advertising and promoting our job opportunities
  • Research and develop insight about the recruiting market, competitor insight and valuable data to support recruiting strategy
  • Keep our ATS up to date (we use Avature) and be proactive in making our processes more effective
  • Lead with an inclusive mentality across our hiring practices

We'd like you to be an active member of the global TA community and stay ahead of hiring trends. You must be proactive and able to prioritise well, as we’re going to consider the time taken to identify the successful candidate as an important aspect of our efficiency as a team. We care about giving candidates a positive experience, so you will ensure your hiring managers are at the very top of their game in giving feedback quickly and handling expectations well.

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive recruiting experience, gained within in an in-house, agency or RPO environment & ideally within a corporate environment
  • German language skill would be hugely advantageous although not essential
  • Expertise in pro-active sourcing/ head-hunting and interviewing, as well as phenomenal job ad writing skills
  • Able to work with little with minimal supervision
  • Influential and persuasive communicator; we will look for evidence that you can build trustful relationships with people from all backgrounds
  • Experience of using Avature and Workday is advantageous
  • Experience recruiting commercial positions within the Technology, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors would be advantageous although not essential
