We're hiring an experienced recruiter to join our team as a TA Partner (contract). You can choose to split your time between your nearest Siemens Software office and working at home, and we can consider lots of flexible options for your hours of work.
What you’ll do
- Be the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for commercial sales hiring in a given country/region
- Be the go-to partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and developing effective relationships with them
- Source and develop pipelines of candidates proactively, as well as advertising and promoting our job opportunities
- Research and develop insight about the recruiting market, competitor insight and valuable data to support recruiting strategy
- Mentor less experienced team members to improve their skills in sourcing, selection and hiring, and introduce our business to new ways of recruiting
- Keep our ATS up to date (we use Avature) and be proactive in making our processes more effective
- Lead with an inclusive mentality across our hiring practices
We'd like you to be an active member of the global TA community and stay ahead of hiring trends. You must be proactive and able to prioritise well, as we’re going to consider the time taken to identify the successful candidate as an important aspect of our efficiency as a team. We care about giving candidates a positive experience, so you will ensure your hiring managers are at the very top of their game in giving feedback quickly and handling expectations well.
What we’re looking for
Multilingual with fluent English and at least one other language from French, Spanish or Italian
You’ll need to bring a wealth of recruiting experience, and it’s crucial to have technology sector knowledge. We’ll be looking for expertise in sourcing and interviewing, as well as phenomenal job ad writing skills. Talent Acquisition Specialists need to be influential and persuasive communicators; we will look for evidence that you can build trustful relationships with people from all backgrounds.
