Title: Products & Solution Development Team Leader 

Location: Bangalore

Key activities:
• Lead and develop a highly motivated team at DI-SY to handle development of world class products with highest quality
• Evaluate and understand the project technology stack requirements, and prepare the training plans to maintain team competencies 
• Alignment with organization goals and strategy towards people management & development activities 
• Responsible for talent management and staffing, based on the allocated project budget and forecasting 
• Coach the development teams in attaining maximum efficiency in supporting the project activities
• Working with the development team and resolve conflicts regarding project and process related issues 
• Setting smart KPI & Expectation for the individual’s performance and development plans 
• Competency management and performance management of the team.
• Achieve delivery commitments 
• Responsible for team motivation and employee engagement
• Ensure necessary Soft skills training for the individuals 
• People Engagement activities 
• Being a coach for Team members and giving them proper guidance for their career development 

Internal Interactions: Project Managers, Product Owner, Project Lead, Quality and Regulatory Manager, Risk Manager, R&D Team (e. g. Scrum Master, System Analyst, Architects, Developers, Testers, etc.)
            
External Interactions: Supplier Managers, Project Managers, Quality and Regulatory Manager, Product Owner, BL representatives, Function heads

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent

Experience level: 

• 7+ years in mainstream software development with exposure in Healthcare Domain Based Applications/Platforms with at least 5+ years’ experience with People management responsibilities  


Desired Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven Experience in Leadership roles of software R&D Projects 
• Strong Background & Experience in Team Development & People Management Skills 
• Passionate in people engagement and development activities
• Exposure to Agile/SAFe development methodology 
• Good understanding of process requirements in developing software systems

Required Soft skills & Other Capabilities:

• Excellent communication, global team interactions with partners in a multi-cultural environment 
• Coach, Mentor and Lead small & medium sized teams 
• Strong Leadership Skills 
• Decision making skills
