Service Engineer

Job Description

Mission/ Position Headline:

Undertake pre-/post-sales service tasks such as installation , testing,  commissioning, maintenance service to customer, on call service to customer and support

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Recommend new business tools for users/coordinate/ recommend and improve service solutions and processes (fully)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (internal/external) (Fully)
  • Project Management (Partially)
  • Product / service presentation to customer (fully)
  • Sales support as technical expert on project negotiations and during customer visits (fully)
  • Direct and guide team members in order to achieve customer requirements (fully)
  • Cost control for assigned area (fully)
  • Failure analysis: managing of all maintenance information for failure analysis, monitoring failure trends, creating failure reports (fully)
  • Support new and existing customer base in service questions and provide efficient technical problem solving to customer (fully)
  • Equipment hardware and software fault clearance/fault report (fully)

  • Professional Experience for 2-3 years, Project Experience for 3-5 years, Leadership Experience for 1-2 years, Intercultural Experience is Advanced
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge in Automation Engineer 
  • Technical knowledge for Siemens PLC S7 200, 300, 400 or PCS 7
