    The Franchise Strategic Project and OEM Finance Lead is a business partner to Franchise Business Owners and OEM Product Management with responsibility for major strategic transformation projects within an LD Franchise and oversight of Lab Diagnostics OEM business across Franchises. This individual will serve as the Finance Leader of a cross functional team that will plan and execute a multiyear portfolio transformation initiative. In addition, this person will provide financial management and reporting across Franchises for LD OEM business and be the partner to OEM Product Management and the Business Development Team. Finally, this individual will assist with cross functional coordination during the planning process and for critical Franchise reporting ensuring efficient handoff of information in and out of Franchise Management Finance and timing of deliverables. 

     

    This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Franchise Strategic Project and OEM Finance Lead, you will be responsible for:

     

    • Member of R&D/Franchise Finance Management Team
    • Finance partner to the Franchise Group Owner in a strategic project capacity
    • Finance partner to OEM Product Management
    • Responsible for evaluating options and providing business case support as part of a strategic multiyear portfolio program including planning, development and commercialization of new products
    • Owner of the 5 Year Plan for the OEM business across Franchises
    • Support new business development for OEM opportunities both ways

     

     Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

     

    • Experience working collaboratively in a cross functional team
    • Leading and influencing without direct authority
    • Candidate must have a strategic mindset with structured approach to problem solving
    • Discounted cash flow modelling and business case experience
    • PMO experience a plus
    • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
    • Strong presentation skills and management presence
    • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting 

     

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

     

    • Masters Degree preferred
    • 7 – 10 years related experience
    • Diagnostics business acumen a plus
    • Experience in Sales Finance/CRM and/or new product development/PLM is a plus
