Performs operational support of business goals, business systems, objectives and needs of the sales teams. Plans and designs business processes/tools and makes recommendations in order to improve and support business activities. Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner. This position will support Contact Acquisition & Validation of Account and Contact data, using in hour CRM, Tableau, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo. Works under moderate supervision.
Follow up on Contact & Account Validation and or Acquisition requests. Support Social Selling processes created in house. Collaborate on CRM team for assisting in cleaning up Americas data. Support usage of ZIDO program for the various Inside Sales groups. Work through internal Data Campaign data analysis using Tableau, CRM (SFDC) Sales Navigator and ZIDO.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required
• Must have at least 2yrs of advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, duplicating and merging data from various sources)
• Must have solid Microsoft Office Outlook skills, and strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be a self-motivated individual
• Must currently reside in St. Louis, MO, Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC
2-3yrs CRM navigation
Strongly prefer previous experience within Siemens
1-2yrs Zoominfo or Discoverorg
1-2 yrs with Sales Navigator
1-2yrs Tableau navigation
Any experience with Microsoft access, as well
